With more than 20 years in the business as a chef, Trevor Wilkinson found his own space to call home here at 38 Wellington Street East in 2006.

Trevor’s passion for all things delicious created an exciting restaurant offering a unique dining experience – quickly leading us to become a restaurant of choice in the heart of downtown Toronto.

Originally billed as an “anti-elitist fine dining establishment” we try not to cater to any one particular demographic… simply to all people who enjoy dining.

Our focus is simple: make great food & serve it well. Regional & seasonal cuisine simply prepared with classic French cooking techniques.

To compliment the menu, our 180-year-old heritage building showcases an intimate, candle-lit dining room & a sexy, contemporary bar & lounge offering great cocktails, unique beers & an award-winning wine list.
